Join our 2-year rotational program!
Gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge digital tools and platforms (AI platform, simulation software) and broaden your expertise through three dynamic focus areas:
You will rotate across key functions within Technical Research & Development (TRD), including New Chemical Entities (NCE), Biologics (Bx), and Global Device & Packaging Development (GDPD). Participate in strategic digitalization initiatives and innovation projects.

This Postgraduate program is limited to 2 years, with a start date in March 2026.
