Join Our Team as a Data Operations Analyst
Become a vital member of our Data Delivery Division in Urdorf, which currently consists of 11 dedicated professionals. Together, we ensure that Trade supplier data is efficiently received, ingested, and approved for use in the data supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Manage the process by which Trade information is transferred and ingested into D&B databases.
- Perform quality checks and analysis on data, ensuring it meets quality controls and standards.
- Leverage technical skills in Python and SQL to enhance data operations.
- Ensure a consistent flow of information by coordinating with data suppliers and managing compliance expectations.
- Drive performance incentives by utilizing macros to consistently achieve monthly targets.
- Collaborate with Trade team members to manage a customer portfolio and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Optimize existing processes with a focus on structure and performance, transitioning them to Python-based solutions.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in Python, SQL, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with VBA, JIRA, or Power BI is a plus.
- Self-starter capable of independently prioritizing workload and aligning with strategic objectives.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Exhibit an ownership mindset; be a problem solver, proactive, curious, and inspired to take action.
- Maintain a continuous growth mindset by learning through experiences and relationships with stakeholders, experts, and mentors.
- Fluency in English and additional languages relevant to the working market is advantageous.
