About the Role:

As a Data Analyst, you will support the development of a robust medical platform by shaping clinical data structures and variable architecture. You will translate complex datasets into actionable insights that support high-level research and strategic decision-making within a dynamic medical unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bridge the gap between clinical data and technical implementation, ensuring data integrity.
• Provide advanced analytical support for medical research projects.
• Define logical data structures and metadata in collaboration with software developers.
• Ensure historical medical data remains accessible and usable within the new environment.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries, definitions, and validation rules.
• Interrogate datasets using pattern recognition and analytical interpretation.
• Conduct exploratory analyses to answer medical and strategic questions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (required) or Master’s degree (desired) in health sciences, sports science, epidemiology, data science, biostatistics, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of human anatomy and musculoskeletal injuries.
• Strong attention to detail with a keen interest in data quality and validity.
• Organized and reliable working style with effective communication skills for resolving data queries.
