Join Our Techfirm Industrial Services Team as a Cyber Security Specialist (m/w/d)

Ready to take on new challenges with us in Switzerland? We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Specialist to lead our cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and other relevant standards including ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, and IEC 62443.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure organizational compliance with CRA and other cybersecurity standards.
• Align and coordinate activities across R&D, engineering, customer support, service, and product management.
• Implement processes for vulnerability management, reporting, and documentation.
• Support global cybersecurity initiatives and best practices.

Qualifications

• Several years of project management or technical leadership experience.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity processes, regulations, and standards (CRA, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, IEC 62443).
• A degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in multi-site, cross-functional environments.
• Familiarity with industrial control or automation systems is a plus.
