Cyber Security Specialist (m/w/d)

Ready to join us in Switzerland to take on new challenges together? We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and other relevant standards (ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, IEC 62443). In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, implement processes, manage compliance activities, and ensure stakeholders are informed throughout the project lifecycle.

What Will Be Your Tasks?

• Ensure organizational compliance with CRA and other cybersecurity standards.
• Align and coordinate activities across R&D, engineering, customer support, service, and product management.
• Implement processes for vulnerability management, reporting, and documentation.
• Support global cybersecurity initiatives and best practices.

Qualifications

• Several years of project management or technical leadership experience.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity processes, regulations, and standards (CRA, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, IEC 62443).
• Degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in multi-site, cross-functional environments.
• Familiarity with industrial control or automation systems is a plus.
