How You Can Make an Impact

We are seeking an experienced IT/Cyber Analyst to reinforce our Swiss security team. In this role, you will support the CISO function, manage day-to-day requests and approvals, assist with troubleshooting cyber-related incidents specific to the Swiss environment, support Identity and Access Management (I&AM) functions, review guardrails of our on-premise and cloud infrastructures, and ensure compliance with Swiss data protection laws and international security standards. You will also contribute to projects across the organization.

  • Support the local and broader CISO function
  • Regularly review Cyber guardrails
  • Document and enhance local Cyber processes
  • Maintain compliance
  • Assist the team with:
    • I&AM user lifecycle functions
    • Phishing campaigns
    • Day-to-day Cyber operations
    • Responding to security incidents and supporting vulnerability management
    • Collaboration with cloud architects, compliance officers, and cross-functional teams
    • Proposing and implementing enhancements to strengthen security controls and provide tangible value
    • Support, organize, and track penetration testing efforts
    • Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture

Who We Are Looking For

Essential Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Basic understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts, including authentication, authorization, and access provisioning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to convey complex cybersecurity topics to diverse audiences
  • Strong organizational skills to manage and track incidents, requests, and tasks
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling security requests and documentation
  • Awareness of cloud security principles in Microsoft Azure
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in the cybersecurity domain
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and establish cross-departmental relationships
  • Professional and service-oriented approach when supporting colleagues and stakeholders

Desirable Qualifications

  • Operational knowledge of preventive and detective security controls, such as firewalls, advanced endpoint solutions, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), web filtering, and email security gateways
  • Familiarity with the ITIL framework and IT service management principles
  • Familiarity with Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) frameworks
  • Understanding of Swiss data protection laws (revDSG/nDSG) and knowledge of standards such as ISO 27001 or NIST
  • Experience with service management systems like ServiceNow
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, SC-900, or similar
  • Fluent German language skills
