How You Can Make an Impact

We are seeking an experienced IT/Cyber Analyst to bolster our Swiss security team. In this role, you will support the CISO function, manage daily requests and approvals, assist and troubleshoot cyber-related incidents specific to the Swiss environment, and support the Identity and Access Management (I&AM) function. Additionally, you will review our on-premise and cloud infrastructure guardrails and ensure compliance with Swiss data protection laws and international security standards.

  • Support the local and wider CISO function
  • Review Cyber guardrails regularly
  • Document and enhance local Cyber processes
  • Maintain compliance
  • Support the team within:
    • I&AM user lifecycle function
    • Phishing campaigns
    • Day-to-day Cyber operations
    • Responding to security incidents and supporting vulnerability management
    • Collaborate with cloud architects, compliance officers, and cross-functional teams
    • Propose and implement security improvements that provide tangible value
    • Support, organize, and track penetration testing efforts
    • Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture

Who We Are Looking For

Essential Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Basic understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts, including authentication, authorization, and access provisioning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities, and the capacity to convey complex cybersecurity topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of incidents, requests, and tasks
  • High attention to detail when handling security requests and documentation
  • Awareness of cloud security principles in Microsoft Azure
  • Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn in the cybersecurity field
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across departments
  • Professional and service-oriented approach in supporting colleagues and stakeholders

Desirable Qualifications

  • Operational knowledge of security controls such as firewalls, advanced endpoint protections, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), web filtering, and email security gateways
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT service management principles
  • Understanding of Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) frameworks
  • Knowledge of Swiss data protection laws (revDSG/nDSG) and familiarity with standards such as ISO 27001 or NIST
  • Experience with service management systems like ServiceNow
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, SC-900, or similar
  • Fluent German language skills
