How You Can Make an Impact

We are seeking an experienced IT/Cyber Analyst to strengthen our Swiss security team. In this role, you will support the CISO function, manage daily requests and approvals, troubleshoot cyber-related incidents dedicated to the Swiss environment, and ensure compliance with Swiss data protection laws and international security standards. You will also contribute to various projects across the organization.

• Support the local and broader CISO function
• Review Cyber guardrails on a regular basis
• Document and enhance local Cyber processes
• Maintain compliance
• Assist the team within the:
• I&AM user lifecycle function
• Phishing campaigns
• Day-to-day Cyber operations
• Respond to security incidents and support vulnerability management
• Collaborate with cloud architects, compliance officers, and cross-functional teams
• Propose and implement improvements to strengthen security controls
• Support, organize, and track penetration testing efforts
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture

Who We Are Looking For

Essential Qualifications

• Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Basic understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts, including authentication, authorization, and access provisioning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities
• Strong organizational skills for managing and tracking numerous incidents, requests, and associated tasks
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling security requests and documentation
• Awareness of cloud security principles in Microsoft Azure
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop in the cybersecurity field
• Ability to collaborate within a team environment and build relationships across departments
• Professional and service-oriented approach when supporting colleagues and stakeholders

Desirable Qualifications

• Operational knowledge of protective and detective security controls such as firewalls, advanced endpoint solutions, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and email security gateways
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT service management principles
• Understanding of Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) frameworks
• Awareness of Swiss data protection laws (revDSG/nDSG) and standards like ISO 27001 or NIST
• Experience with service management systems such as ServiceNow
• Industry certifications like CompTIA Security+, SC-900, or similar
• Fluent German language skills
