In 2018, our Swiss tech company KEMARO AG launched the world's first autonomous dry-cleaning robot for industrial use – the K900. Initially starting with just a single employee in November 2019, we have grown to nearly 60 dedicated staff members at our site in Eschlikon TG. Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) – 80–100%
Your Mission:
As part of our Customer Success team, you will serve as the primary interface between our company and our end customers and distributors. Your goal is to ensure our customers' long-term success through proactive support and exceptional service throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Your Tasks:
- Customer Journey & Onboarding: Guide our customers from initial installation through long-term usage, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our robots.
- Partner Enablement: Train and motivate our global sales partners, empowering them to act as experts for our robotic solutions.
- Performance Monitoring: Oversee the performance of robot fleets (e.g., via KEMARO Sphere) and proactively address any deviations.
- Content Creation: Create clear, professional, and visually appealing instructional content in various formats (video, text, or graphics).
- Customer Insights: Gather valuable user feedback and communicate it to our R&D team for continuous product improvement.
- Growth: Identify upselling opportunities (e.g., consumables or additional robots) and support the renewal process for service contracts.
Your Profile:
- Experience in customer success, customer support, or account management, preferably within robotics, mechanical engineering, or SaaS.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and simply (e.g., through online or on-site training).
- Analytical mindset, able to work with data (KPI dashboards, CRM systems such as HubSpot).
- Hands-on mentality: Comfortable working directly with the robot or visiting customers on-site.
- Native or professional fluency in German and proficient English skills to support our international partners.
