Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team, focusing on providing exceptional services for our Japanese clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in organizing tours, assisting with operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organizing and delivering guide services for Japanese clients.
  • Assisting in planning tours, sales, and operational duties.
  • Preparing tour reports in Japanese.
  • Providing information to Japanese clients at the information/help desk and over the phone.
  • Offering emergency support for Japanese clients.

Qualifications

A minimum of 12 months experience in tourism or a related industry is required. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
