Our client is a modern timber construction company based in the Canton of Lucerne, employing around 250 individuals. At the request of our client, we are seeking a Project Manager in Customer Service for Timber Construction.

Job Description

• Serve as the primary contact for customers and warranty orders in timber construction
• Clarify contract law fundamentals and manage customer relationships
• Process warranty and customer service orders related to timber construction
• Instruct and coordinate service staff and subcontractors
• Actively work to minimize damage cases
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and architects

We Expect

• A foundational education in the construction industry combined with a commercial qualification
• Professional experience in construction management
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CAD is an advantage
• A solution-oriented and communicative working style
