Job Opportunity: Customer Service Advisor
We are looking for an individual with native-level proficiency in German/Swiss German, along with excellent skills in French and Italian. Only applications matching the job profile will be considered.
This position is part of our evening and weekend team, with working hours primarily outside standard office hours.
Role Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to expertly handle, process, and forward client calls and partner inquiries on various topics related to payment card transactions, in accordance with our work instructions.
Your Tasks:
- Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries from customers and business partners in German, French, Italian, and English.
- Receive and process client complaints and issues related to payment cards.
- Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of client concerns to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure that all customer interactions and processes comply with internal quality standards and legal regulations.
- Proactively find solutions for client complaints and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
- Identify sales opportunities (selling and upselling) during interactions with customers.
Your Profile:
- Commercial or tourism background.
- Experience in customer service.
- Good knowledge of Office package/PC use.
- Strong communication skills.
- Languages: Italian, German/Swiss German, French, and English.
- As the first point of contact with customers, the following soft skills are essential: courtesy, empathy, customer orientation, and ability to work in a team.
