Job Opportunity: Customer Service Advisor
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to expertly handle, process, and forward client calls and partner enquiries regarding various topics related to payment card transactions, in accordance with our work instructions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional language skills, specifically in German/Swiss German at a native level, along with fluency in French and Italian.
Your Tasks
- Answer incoming calls and address inquiries from customers and business partners in German, French, Italian, and English.
- Receive and process client complaints and issues related to payment cards.
- Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of client concerns to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure that all customer interactions and processes comply with internal quality standards and legal regulations.
- Proactively find solutions for client complaints and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
- Identify sales opportunities (selling and upselling) during interactions with customers.
Your Profile
- Commercial or tourism background.
- Experience in customer service.
- Good knowledge of Office package/PC use.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Languages: Italian, German/Swiss German, French, and English.
- As the first point of contact with customers, you should demonstrate soft skills such as courtesy, empathy, customer orientation, and teamwork abilities.
