Job Opportunity: Customer Service Advisor
We are looking for a highly skilled individual who is fluent in German/Swiss German at a native level, with excellent proficiency in French and Italian. Please note that only applications matching the job profile will be considered.
Role Description:
As a Customer Service Advisor, your main responsibility will be to expertly handle, process, and forward client calls and partner inquiries related to payment card transactions, in accordance with our work instructions.
Your Tasks:
- Answer incoming calls and manage inquiries from customers and business partners in German, French, Italian, and English.
- Receive and process client complaints and issues related to payment cards.
- Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of client concerns to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Guarantee that all customer interactions and processes comply with internal quality standards and legal regulations.
- Proactively find solutions for client complaints and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
- Identify sales opportunities (selling and upselling) during interactions with customers.
Your Profile:
- Commercial or tourism background.
- Experience in customer service.
- Proficient in the Office package and PC use.
- Strong communication skills.
- Languages: Fluent in Italian, German/Swiss German, French, and English.
- As the first point of contact with customers, essential soft skills include courtesy, empathy, customer orientation, and the ability to work in a team.
