Job Opportunity: Customer Service Advisor
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to expertly handle, process, and forward client calls and partner inquiries on various topics related to payment card transactions, following our work instructions.
Role Description
The ideal candidate will have a native level proficiency in German/Swiss German, along with excellent knowledge of French and Italian.
Your Tasks
- Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries from customers and business partners in German, French, Italian, and English.
- Receive and process client complaints and issues related to payment cards.
- Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of client concerns to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure that all customer interactions and processes comply with internal quality standards and legal regulations.
- Proactively find solutions for client complaints and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
- Identify sales opportunities (selling and upselling) during interactions with customers.
Your Profile
- Commercial or tourism background.
- Experience in customer service.
- Proficient in the Office Suite and general PC usage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Languages: Italian, German/Swiss German, French, and English.
- Strong soft skills including courtesy, empathy, customer orientation, and the ability to work in a team.
