As a Specialist Care Representative, you will build strong partnerships with key healthcare professionals (HCPs), drive scientific engagement, and deliver impactful solutions that enhance patient outcomes. This is your opportunity to grow in a dynamic, innovative, and collaborative environment.
Your New Role
In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to healthcare professionals across your assigned territory, engaging specialist stakeholders through scientific dialogue and tailored account management. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving the adoption of Novo Nordisk therapies and identifying new business opportunities to elevate standards of care for patients with cardiometabolic diseases.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to combine scientific expertise, analytical thinking, and strong relationship-building skills in order to achieve significant commercial results while maintaining high ethical standards.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute territory and account plans that support business objectives and align with brand and national strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with endocrinologists, diabetologists, obesity specialists, cardiologists, and hospital stakeholders to ensure effective promotion of Novo Nordisk solutions.
- Identify, access, and develop new strategic opportunities, including underutilized channels, to expand market reach.
- Lead commercial negotiations and close agreements that contribute to regional and national sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including MSLs, PCR, and Field Sales Managers, to deliver coordinated and high-quality customer engagement.
- Capture and analyze customer insights, sales trends, and competitor activities, sharing learnings to support national planning and decision-making.
- Represent Novo Nordisk with integrity, ensuring full compliance with regulations, internal policies, and the company’s ethical standards while contributing to national projects and medical congress activities.

Your Skills & Qualifications
- Educational background in paramedical, medical, scientific, or business/management fields.
- Fluency in German and English; fluency in Italian or French is a strong advantage.
- 3–5 years of proven pharma sales experience, ideally engaging specialists in hospital or clinical environments.
- Track record in Key Account Management or strategic sales; experience in FMCG, life sciences, or healthcare is viewed as a plus.
- High-performing, customer-centric mindset with strong selling capabilities and the ability to build lasting HCP relationships.
- Strong business and industry understanding, able to analyze markets, identify opportunities, and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
- Collaborative team player with personal leadership skills, capable of making things happen, innovating, and managing a diverse product portfolio with confidence.
