Your Mission
- Develop Product Assurance Requirements and foster a quality culture at the project level, ensuring robust quality processes and cost excellence through collaboration with engineering, operations, and supply chain.
- Act as the main interface for customers regarding all quality and safety topics.
- Establish Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) features in collaboration with customers and engineering.
- Lead Non-Conformance (NC) and failure investigations when product requirements are not met.
- Supervise and direct Product Development and Qualification concerning relevant quality aspects.
- Manage and ensure the implementation of quality requirements throughout product manufacturing, delivery, and post-delivery activities.
- Coordinate all quality matters for international multi-site and cross-country programs.
Main Tasks
- Execute the Product Assurance Program in alignment with project milestones.
- Ensure successful adherence to customer, regulatory, and internal requirements for program execution.
- Translate customer Critical-to-Quality requirements into internal specifications and requirements.
- Lead customer critical root cause analysis and investigation activities.
- Facilitate Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
- Develop Process/Product CTQ and Control Plans in collaboration with customers and engineering.
- Establish Product Quality Documentation.
- Support and achieve final Product Qualification.
- Contribute as needed to customer and internal audits as the quality representative.
- Provide support during Launch Campaign preparation and execution, ensuring effective coordination of all on-site Quality Assurance (QA) activities.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the standardization of the Quality Management System (QMS).
Your Story
- Preferred education: MSc degree in Engineering or a similar relevant discipline.
- Several years of experience in Quality and Continuous Improvement or a relevant field.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools and practices, reliability analysis, FMEA, and quality improvement methodologies.
- A proven track record in leading product assurance activities.
- Knowledge of standards such as EN9100, ECSS, NASA, and MIL.
- Ability to quickly understand and analyze technical products/systems and their functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- MS Office experience required.
- Experience in applying quality preventive methodologies (5 Why, Ishikawa Fishbone).
Nice to Haves
- Proficiency in any additional languages (German, French, Swedish) beyond English is highly advantageous.
- Experience in product assurance for space applications would be a strong asset.
