Position Overview: Customer Parts Repair Manager

As a Customer Parts Repair Manager, you will be accountable for the commercial management of customers through the fulfilment of the relevant contractual obligations, from parts induction to cash collection. You will achieve the company’s revenue targets for the assigned customers in close coordination with Sales. Additionally, you will develop, retain, and appropriately expand customer relationships in accordance with SR Technics strategies, support sales activities regarding new initiatives for assigned accounts, and ensure timely, proactive solutions provisioning while overseeing key performance measures of the accounts.

Your Tasks

  • Manage the repair orders to fulfil contractual obligations in accordance with existing processes (e.g., 3rd party business, customer feedback, teardown process).
  • Proactively manage and resolve commercial and technical issues with the support of the internal organization and appropriate tools (e.g., EOR).
  • Develop customer business relationships to retain and expand existing business in close coordination with Sales, including customer visits and contract review meetings.
  • Oversee invoicing activities and monitor accounts receivable for assigned customers.
  • Plan, control, and report order fulfilment in accordance with customer agreements.
  • Manage internal and external aspects of customer agreements.
  • Assist in negotiating contract amendments with customers in coordination with Sales.
  • Build strong customer relationships and manage customer feedback (EOR).
  • Respond to customer requests and queries in a timely and customer-centric manner.
  • Manage customer disputes: monitor account payments and lead cash collections, escalating as necessary.
  • Organize customer visits, including performance review meetings, negotiations for upcoming orders, and clarification of contractual amendments.

Your Profile

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills; ability to adopt a solution-based approach.
  • University Bachelor's Degree in engineering and/or business administration with a strong understanding of financial and commercial aspects.
  • Technical knowledge of engine parts repair and overhaul processes and technology, including strong knowledge of costing and pricing methodologies within the Engine Parts repair Services business field.
  • Core competencies in business economics, commercial affairs, and financial modeling.
  • Significant (3+ years) experience in customer-related leadership positions in the MRO Aviation Industry is preferred.
  • Strong commercial background with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work under pressure, demonstrating flexibility, creative thinking, and innovation.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French or German is a plus.
