How You Can Make an Impact

As a Consultant, you will immerse yourself in hands-on experiences from day one, aiding our client engagements to tackle their most pressing challenges and opportunities related to digital transformation, customer experience, innovation, and technology strategies. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for:

• Applying Design Thinking and other user-centric methodologies to identify issues, ideate solutions, and define strategic concepts.
• Shaping the definition and development of digital products in an agile manner.
• Supporting our clients in conceptualizing innovative end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels, with a focus on finding the balance between users, business, and technology.
• Being an intrapreneur and further developing your personal and professional skill set by engaging in internal initiatives you are passionate about, where you can leave a lasting impact.

Who We Are Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• A master's degree from a reputable university in business/economics, digital/design management, or STEM subjects.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience, showcasing your ability to deliver experience-centric digital strategies and/or solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, enabling you to articulate business challenges and digital experience solutions effectively to stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and German; proficiency in French is a strong advantage.
• The capability to work effectively with diverse clients and in challenging situations, establishing credibility and trust with stakeholders.
• A collaborative spirit, working closely with multidisciplinary teams including designers, developers, and business analysts.
• A passion for the value that digital solutions can unlock for users and businesses.
