How You Can Make an Impact

As a Consultant, you will gain hands-on experience from the outset, contributing to client engagements aimed at resolving their most pressing challenges related to digital transformation, customer engagement, innovation, and technology strategies. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for:

• Applying Design Thinking and user-centric methodologies to identify challenges, generate ideas, and outline strategic concepts.
• Shaping the definition and development of digital products in an agile environment.
• Assisting clients in conceptualizing innovative end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels, with an emphasis on finding the ideal balance between users, business, and technology.
• Exhibiting an entrepreneurial spirit and furthering your personal and professional skill set by engaging in internal initiatives that you are passionate about, making a lasting impact.

Who We Are Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• A master’s degree from a reputable university in business/economics, digital/design management, or STEM fields.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating the delivery of experience-centric digital strategies and/or solutions.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate business challenges and digital experience solutions to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and German; fluency in French is a strong advantage.
• The ability to work effectively with diverse clients in challenging situations, establishing credibility and trust with stakeholders.
• A collaborative spirit, able to work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, developers, and business analysts.
• A passion for the value that digital solutions can unlock for users and businesses.
