As a Consultant, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience from day one, supporting our client engagements in addressing their most pressing challenges and opportunities in digital transformation, customer engagement, innovation, and technology strategies. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing Design Thinking and other user-centric methodologies to identify challenges, brainstorm solutions, and define strategic concepts.
• Contributing to the definition and development of digital products in an agile framework.
• Assisting clients in conceptualizing innovative, end-to-end customer experiences across various channels with a focus on harmonizing user needs, business objectives, and technology.
• Embracing the role of an intrapreneur and enhancing your personal and professional skills through involvement in internal initiatives that inspire you and allow you to make a lasting impact.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A master's degree in business/economics, digital/design management, or STEM disciplines from a reputable university.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating competence in delivering experience-centric digital strategies and solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey business challenges and digital solutions effectively to stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and German; proficiency in French is a strong plus.
• The capability to work effectively with diverse clients and in challenging situations, establishing credibility and trust with stakeholders.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, developers, and business analysts.
• A passion for unlocking the value of digital solutions for users and businesses alike.
