As a Working Student Customer Care Representative, you will be the vital link between Yuh and our clients. Our clients utilize our app to manage their finances and investments, and your role will ensure they have a smooth and positive experience.

You will tackle their questions, resolve their issues, and guide them through their financial journey while acquiring valuable insights into customer care within a modern Swiss banking framework.

Your Mission

You will serve as the primary liaison between Yuh and our valued clients who depend on our app to manage their finances and investments. Your responsibilities will include answering their questions, solving problems, and providing guidance throughout their financial adventures with Yuh.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for clients, primarily handling written inquiries (chat, email, in-app messaging) while delivering a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented customer experience.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and reliable support related to the Yuh app and banking services, ensuring a high level of service quality.
  • Support clients by clearly explaining products, features, and processes in an easy-to-understand and empathetic manner.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction by addressing requests, executing instructions, and resolving issues with professionalism and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience during interactions and contribute ideas for improving services and processes.
  • Accurately document client interactions in internal systems and ensure proper follow-up as required.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Care team and other departments to deliver seamless and efficient service.
  • Comply with internal guidelines, regulatory requirements, and the principles of fair client treatment at all times.

Your Profile

  • Currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences (Bachelor or Master), ideally in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in banking, fintech, and customer experience.
  • Excellent written communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is a strong advantage.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and quickly learning new systems.
  • Available for part-time work (e.g. 20–40%), depending on demand.
