Your Tasks:

  • Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries from customers and business partners in German, French, Italian, and English.
  • Receive and process client complaints and issues related to payment cards.
  • Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of client concerns to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Comply with internal quality standards and legal regulations in all customer interactions and processes.
  • Proactively find solutions for client complaints and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
  • Identify sales opportunities through selling and upselling during customer interactions.

Your Profile:

  • Commercial or tourism background.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and PC usage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in Italian, German/Swiss German, French, and English.
  • Soft skills required include courtesy, empathy, customer orientation, and teamwork abilities.
