What You Can Achieve

As a customer consultant, you will provide guidance to clients through phone and written communication, playing a vital role in ensuring high customer satisfaction. Engage daily with our travelers and passionately promote both national and international offers. In sales conversations, you will showcase our diverse range of services in a solution-oriented and tailored manner. Additionally, you will assist and advise customers regarding inquiries about offers on sbb.ch or our SBB MobileApp.

What You Bring

  • You enjoy interacting with customers and possess strong skills in providing professional advice, easily adapting to various conversation partners over the phone.
  • You are a team player who assumes responsibility.
  • You have completed basic training in retail, commercial fields, customer dialogue, tourism, or a similar area.
  • Negotiation-level proficiency in German, with basic knowledge of French, Italian, and English being advantageous.
  • You are well-versed in common MS Office programs and have a knack for digital media.

Your Training

As one of the key representatives at SBB, you will be well-prepared for this role; expect comprehensive and practical paid training in Brig. Training days are scheduled for Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Upon successfully completing your final exam, you will be ready to embark on your journey as a customer consultant in the SBB Contact Center in Brig.
