Job Opportunity: Culinary Chef Instructor

For our Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland in Le Bouveret, we are seeking a Culinary Chef Instructor who will join our dynamic team committed to providing high-quality programs. This role involves teaching a diverse student body and maintaining our high educational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach kitchen theory and practical classes in accordance with our standards.
• Advise students on menu preparation and techniques.
• Ensure quality food production for students and staff.
• Elaborate and update course material effectively.
• Maintain and oversee the usage of all equipment within the designated section.
• Demonstrate sanitation, cleanliness, and security practices in the kitchen and storerooms.

Requirements:

• Degree from a recognized culinary school (Professional Certificate or equivalent).
• At least 5 years of experience in the industry, preferably in renowned restaurants.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in culinary arts.
• Culinary teaching experience in a hospitality school is a significant asset.
• Creative team player capable of working in a highly international environment.
• A strong sense of initiative, creativity, maturity, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in French is a strong asset.
• Swiss nationality or C, B, L, or G permit, or European nationality (CE/AELE).
