Position Available: Culinary Chef Instructor

For our Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland located in Le Bouveret, we are seeking a Culinary Chef Instructor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality programs and will engage with a diverse, multi-cultural student body.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach kitchen theory and practical classes to students in accordance with our standards.
• Advise students on menu preparation and culinary techniques.
• Ensure and provide quality food production for students and staff.
• Elaborate and update course materials as needed.
• Oversee proper maintenance and usage of all equipment within the designated section.
• Demonstrate sanitation, cleanliness, and security of the kitchen and storerooms to students.

Requirements:

• Degree from a recognized culinary school (Professional Certificate or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the industry, preferably in renowned restaurants.
• Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in culinary arts.
• Culinary teaching experience within a hospitality school is a strong asset.
• A creative team player, capable of thriving in an international environment.
• Possess a strong sense of initiative, creativity, maturity, and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of French is a significant asset.
• Swiss Nationality, or valid C, B, L, or G permit, or European Nationality (CE/AELE).
