Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare commissioning and validation documents for new systems, and supervise conversion, expansion, and new construction projects including critical systems for new developments and SLC support.
  • Oversee deviations, changes (GEP and GMP), and CAPAs, ensuring strict adherence to established protocols.
  • Coordinate CSV executions with internal teams as well as external service providers and suppliers to guarantee seamless integration.
  • Present CSV documents during audits and inspections, demonstrating our commitment to world-class standards.
  • Schedule and report on CSV activities, maintaining a meticulous record of progress and outcomes.
  • Align CSV strategy with QA CSV for all Biologics scope, reflecting our dedication to high standards.
  • Contribute to the review and continuous improvement of all CSV documents, ensuring sustained optimization and success.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or diploma from a technical school (HF), university of applied sciences (FH), or equivalent experience in a technical field.
  • Significant experience in a regulated environment pertaining to Computerized System Validation (CSV), demonstrating proven expertise.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Delta-V, essential for effective task implementation.
  • Knowledge of KNEAT, COMOS (plant engineering software solution), DMS, TrackWise, and SAP is an advantage.
  • Proficient in English, with German language skills preferred for effective collaboration within our diverse team.
