Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for our CRM tool (ATURB v4) within the IT/IS department in Switzerland. Your primary focus will be to ensure the optimal usage of Accelleron applications and processes, particularly regarding ATURB.

Reporting to the Power Platform Consulting & Support Team Lead, you will serve as the Application Owner (Deputy) coordinating application strategy and the implementation of the CRM and other sales and service applications. Additionally, you will act as a Process Engineer, serving as a Process Consultant for Sales, Service, and Marketing processes at Accelleron Switzerland and the Global Service Network.

Your Responsibilities

  • Process Engineering (PE):
    • Collaborate closely with global process owners to identify opportunities for process improvements enabled by new technologies/applications.
    • Analyze, enhance, and optimize sales and service processes for Accelleron Switzerland and the Global Service Network.
    • Consult with global process owners during the implementation of process optimizations in IS applications, focusing on ATURB v4 and other sales and service applications.
    • Identify and support business process improvement initiatives, actively engaging with global process owners to explore automation and optimization opportunities.
    • Represent ATURB v4 aspects in IS projects as an application owner and process engineer for designated sales and service applications and processes.
    • Ensure a structured evaluation of new applications and functionalities in our CRM based on MS Power Platform technology.
    • Manage projects and participate in Accelleron process improvement initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with Accelleron IT standards throughout process improvement projects, aligning with application and infrastructure service strategies.
  • Application Owner (AO):
    • Serve as the main point of contact for sales, service, and marketing units regarding ATURB V4 and related applications.
    • Coordinate application strategy and implementation as deputy application owner in collaboration with global process owners and Accelleron IT management.
    • Support business-side changes and implementation of the application, enhancing application-specific knowledge about business processes.
    • Supervise and coach external support providers in incident management and ensure proper coordination of testing with global process owners.
    • Ensure high master data quality and close alignment with Accelleron master data governance to optimize business value.
    • Provide leadership to temporary teams, guiding task completion and sharing expert knowledge.
    • Represent Accelleron IT in IS projects as application owner and process owner for assigned sales, service, and master data supported by ATURB V4.

Your Main Challenges

  • Implementation of Accelleron’s business strategy with a focus on processes and applications.
  • Support the alignment of Accelleron processes and IS strategy.
  • Actively assist in application roadmap planning with global process owners.
  • Efficiently coordinate projects with internal or external delivery teams.
  • Monitor adherence to agreed SLAs by Accelleron’s support teams for assigned applications.
  • Manage budgets for assigned applications.

Your Background

  • Strong network thinking in process and IS environments.
  • Experience in professional change management.
  • Proficient in escalation and conflict management.
  • Solid project management skills, particularly with Agile and Hybrid approaches.
  • Experience with strategic Microsoft technologies, especially MS Power Platform.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4 Hana is advantageous.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and mobile applications (Native, HTML5, etc.).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Visual Studio and Microsoft DevOps.
