Job Description
- Operating tower cranes in compliance with SUVA regulations
- Participating in lifting operations on construction sites
- Preparing, inspecting, and securing loads prior to lifting
- Communicating effectively with ground teams through signals, radio, and gestures
- Conducting regular maintenance and daily inspections of the crane
- Actively assisting the masonry team as needed (mandatory helper tasks)
- Adhering strictly to SUVA standards, safety procedures, and internal guidelines
We Expect
- Mandatory SUVA category B license (tower crane operator)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a crane operator on construction sites in Switzerland
- Essential skills as a mason's helper (formwork, preparation, handling)
- Strong knowledge of Swiss safety standards (SUVA, SECO)
- Ability to work precisely, responsibly, and independently
- Good physical stamina and a strong sense of safety
- Team spirit, reliability, and punctuality
- Driving license B is an advantage (dependant on travel requirements)
