Job Description
- Safe and precise operation of tower cranes (Category B) up to a height of 60 meters.
- Expert transport and precise positioning of metal construction elements such as steel beams, structures, and components, as well as building materials in general construction and civil engineering.
- Close and coordinated collaboration with assembly, metal construction, and building teams, as well as with other crane operators and various construction companies to ensure smooth and efficient construction site operations.
- Consistent adherence to safety and quality regulations (SUVA standards).
- Daily inspection of the crane, identifying irregularities, and promptly reporting disruptions.
- Willingness for flexible assignments, especially during team members' holidays, to work overtime if needed, and to actively support the construction site team.
We Expect
- Valid crane operator license Category B (SUVA).
- Several years of experience as a tower crane operator on Swiss construction sites, preferably in metal construction.
- No fear of heights; resilience and a strong safety-conscious mindset.
- Expert transport and precise positioning of metal construction elements and building materials.
- Team spirit, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Good communication skills in German (at least site level).
- Driver's license Category B including car to ensure flexibility.
