We are seeking dedicated new members to become part of our team in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector, located here in Switzerland.
What We Are Looking For
The Commissioning Qualification Validation (CQV) Engineer is responsible for a variety of tasks related to the validation of equipment and facilities. The scope of activities includes coordinating the installation of equipment, drafting IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, executing IQ/OQ/PQ, and documenting the results according to cGMP requirements.
Key Accountabilities
- Engage in all validation activities, including Facilities, Utilities, Validation Life Cycle, Execution, Technical Documentation, Process, GAP Analysis, and Risk Assessment.
- Deliver validation documentation including URS, DQ, FMEA, Risk Assessments, FAT, SAT, and Protocols (IQ, IOQ, OQ, PQ).
- Prepare validation documents and execute IQ/OQ and PQ for equipment, systems, and utilities.
- Write reports on completed validation activities and identify efficiencies in the validation program approach.
- Perform assigned Quality Systems activities, including Document Management systems, Change Control, Non-Conformities, and CAPAs.
- Write and/or revise procedures relevant to Engineering activities.
- Support the Engineering team in preparing the validation, requalification, and maintenance program.
Your Background and Experience Should Include
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in a Science or Technical field.
- Fluency in English and German.
- 3-6 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent technical writing skills and the ability to document work thoroughly and accurately.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
