We are excited to expand our Australian Life Cycle Management team to support the fleet of double articulated electric vehicles being supplied to Brisbane. We are seeking an experienced Corporate General Manager who will assist our customers by overseeing diagnostics, service, repair, and maintenance for their fleet of electric vehicles. You will also be at the forefront of electric vehicle and fast-charging technology, contributing to the establishment of after-sales support processes for HESS E-Mobility Pty Ltd.

This role is perfect for a strong people leader who thrives in a dynamic mechanical and electrical environment, is familiar with the HESS AG Bellach systems, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Your Tasks

• Support the introduction of a new all-electric bus for public transport in Australia
• Manage the team of local mechanics and technicians
• Test and commission the vehicle in Australia
• Assist in acquiring new customers in Australia and Australasia
• Maintain contact with managers at the Head Office in Bellach, Switzerland

Our Requirements

• Automotive Mechatronic Engineer (car/truck)
• University degree in Automotive Engineering
• Extensive knowledge of HESS AG systems
• Excellent proficiency in German and English, both oral and written
• Flexibility and eagerness to tackle a variety of tasks
• Efficient, meticulous, and customer-oriented work ethic
• Reliability and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• High motivation and strong commitment
