Specific Requirements

• Technical education or relevant practical experience in a marine environment is a plus.
• Good administrative skills and the ability to work efficiently with specialized software, as well as Office 365 solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Occasional travel is expected.
• Strong command of English and German; proficiency in Dutch and French is an advantage.
• Due to legal requirements, we can only accept applicants from EU/EEA/CH. We welcome internal and external candidates.

Your Responsibilities

• Contribute to the smooth running of daily technical operations across the fleet.
• Ensure all ships are well maintained, safe, and sustainable in line with company standards and budget.
• Carry out repairs quickly and with minimal impact on cruise operations.
• Manage technical stores and inventories.
• Drive continuous improvement in sustainability and technical maintenance in close collaboration with the Director of Technical Maintenance and Repairs.
• Work closely with hotel, nautical, finance, and administrative departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable technical standards and regulations.
• Quickly and effectively communicate technical failures that impact operations, guest experience, or safety to relevant executive leaders.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to internal and external partners.
• Promote company values and goals by effectively communicating our mission, vision, and expectations.
