- Assisting with mise en place and table preparation.

- Supporting the service team as needed to ensure seamless operations.
- Guaranteeing an exceptional guest experience while adhering to luxury service standards.
- Ensuring full compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards, including HACCP and LQA, and driving continuous improvement.
- Implementing proper daily service protocols and maintaining high standards.
- Regularly reviewing and updating guest CARDEX profiles to enhance service personalization.
- Building guest loyalty and developing the clientele, while promoting the hotel’s offerings.
- Anticipating and meeting guests’ requests proactively.
- Ensuring strict compliance with applicable health and safety regulations.
- Informing management of any unusual situations regarding safety or potential risks involving guests or colleagues.
