Job Opportunity: Chef for Group Catering
We are seeking a passionate chef with experience in catering for groups. This position is also suitable for professional cookery students who have a love for food.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare evening meals for groups ranging from 20 to 150 according to a set menu.
- Take a hands-on approach by collaborating with team members in preparing, cooking, serving meals, and clearing up afterwards.
- Deliver the highest standards of food quality.
- Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with Swiss hygiene regulations.
Ideal Candidate:
- A passion for cooking.
- Previous experience in catering for large groups.
- Excellent knowledge of food hygiene practices.
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently during busy periods.
- Capability to multitask and handle pressure while remaining calm.
- Excellent time management skills.
Working Hours:
Evenings, no later than 21:00. Live-in accommodation is available.
