Your Responsibilities
- Culinary Excellence: Preparing and plating high-quality warm and cold Indian dishes according to our menu standards.
- Menu & Recipe Development: Creating and calculating seasonal menus, special offers, and diverse buffets that blend traditional flavors with modern techniques.
- Inventory & Purchasing: Determining requirements, ordering supplies, and ensuring the absolute freshness and quality of all ingredients.
- Stock Management: Professional storage of goods and diligent inventory control.
- Hygiene & Safety: Ensuring strict compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP) and maintaining a pristine kitchen environment.
- Organization: Planning and coordinating kitchen workflows and leading the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Your Profile
- Experience: Completed professional training as a Chef or possess significant professional experience in high-end Indian cuisine.
- Passion: A genuine love for cooking and a deep understanding of Indian spices and techniques.
- Work Ethic: A self-motivated, organized, and clean way of working, even during peak hours.
- Soft Skills: A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Compliance: Solid knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards.
