Job Title: Cook

Your primary responsibilities will involve the setup, preparation, and development of daily dishes for residents. You will work closely with management to execute your tasks with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen while adhering to current HACCP procedures and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and develop daily dishes for residents.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen management.
  • Maintain compliance with HACCP procedures and standards.
  • Ensure the overall smooth operation of the kitchen.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A vocational diploma in cooking.
  • At least 5 years of confirmed experience as a cook in Switzerland, preferably in a collective establishment.
  • Ability to work independently and integrate well with new colleagues.
  • A calm, composed demeanor with strong organizational skills.
  • A passion for cooking and good stress resistance.
  • Knowledge of collective catering.
  • Proficiency in French (minimum B2).

Employment Details:

This is a maternity leave replacement position, initially part-time (2 to 3 days per week) until May 31, transitioning to an 80% position until the end of the year.
