As a vital member of our Galley team on our River vessels, the Commis de Cuisine is responsible for preparing meals to ensure the utmost satisfaction of our guests while adhering to Viking River Cruises Standards and HACCP regulations. This position reports directly to the Executive Chef and Sous-Chef.
