Responsibilities:
- Line cooking and overseeing all food preparation in your section.
- Demonstrating expertise in the preparation of dietary menus.
- Coordinating daily kitchen operations.
- Being capable of working in any kitchen section, including patisserie.

Requirements:
- Experience in a similar or identical role is expected.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a dedicated work ethic.
- High-end cooking experience is essential.
- Casual cooking and catering experience is required.
- Knowledge of international cuisines is a must.
- A deep understanding of and interest in cultural diversity.
- Commitment to the ongoing development and excellence of the Institut auf dem Rosenberg, alongside adherence to the school's values and ethos.
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland (EU/EFTA).
