Responsibilities:
- Line cooking and overseeing all food preparation in your section
- Expertise in the preparation of diet menus
- Coordination of daily kitchen operations
- Ability to work in any section of the kitchen, including patisserie

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar or equivalent role is expected
- Strong interpersonal skills and a diligent work ethic
- High-end cooking experience is essential
- Experience in casual cooking and catering is crucial
- Knowledge of international cuisines
- A profound understanding of and interest in cultural diversity
- Commitment to the ongoing development and excellence of the Institut auf dem Rosenberg, aligned with the school's values and ethos
- Authorization to work in Switzerland (EU/EFTA)
