Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a robust professional background with a minimum of 12-15 years of experience in multi-jurisdictional and multi-court dispute resolutions across various countries. Key qualifications include:
- Extensive experience in team management, including leading international legal teams in dispute resolution and settlement negotiations.
- Demonstrated experience managing teams of external professional legal advisers in high-stakes disputes in prominent courts such as London and/or New York, or other major international legal centers.
- Proven track record of collaborating with professional public relations firms.
- A history of handling at least 1-2 significant cases, either successfully won or amicably settled, with individual claims ideally exceeding USD 50 million each.
- Experience in developing winning litigation strategies.
- A minimum of 12-15 years managing international investigations advisory firms.
- An excellent understanding of the international legal market, particularly in the Western Hemisphere.
- Deep knowledge of financial analysis, financial reporting, IAS, IFRS, and US GAAP financial statements; ACCA qualification is a plus.
- Experience at Big4 audit firms is preferred, particularly at the early to mid stages of your career.
- Experience in asset recovery is an advantage.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess an engineering, technical high school, or university diploma with highest grades.
Language Skills
Fluency in English or French at a C1 level is required, along with proficiency in Arabic, Indian, or Russian at a C1 level.
