Job Requirements
We are seeking a highly qualified individual with extensive professional experience in multi-jurisdictional and multi-court dispute resolutions. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 12–15 years of experience managing teams in international legal settings.
- Expertise in overseeing external professional legal advisers, particularly in disputes within courts in London, New York, or other major international legal centers.
- Experience managing professional public relations companies.
- A proven track record of 1-2 significant cases won or amicably settled, with individual claims ideally exceeding USD 50 million.
- Success in formulating effective litigation strategies.
- At least 12-15 years of experience managing international investigations advisory firms.
- A comprehensive understanding of the international legal market in the western hemisphere.
- Advanced knowledge and/or qualifications in financial analysis, financial reporting, IAS, IFRS, and US GAAP financial statements. An ACCA qualification is a plus.
- Experience in Big4 audit firms is preferred, ideally at the start or middle of the candidate’s career.
- Experience in asset recovery is also a valuable asset.
Qualifications
- University diploma or technical high school education with highest grades in relevant fields.
Languages
- English or French - C1 level proficiency.
- Arabic, Indian, or Russian - C1 level proficiency.
