Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 12 to 15 years of professional experience in multi-jurisdictional and multi-court dispute resolutions across various countries. Key qualifications include:
- Proven management skills overseeing teams of subordinates and international legal professionals engaged in dispute resolution and settlement negotiations.
- Experience managing external professional legal advisers working on disputes in London, New York, or other major international legal centers.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing relationships with professional public relations companies.
- A track record of having successfully resolved at least 1 to 2 significant cases, either won or amicably settled, with individual claims ideally exceeding USD 50 million.
- Examples of successfully developed winning litigation strategies.
- At least 12 to 15 years’ experience managing international investigations advisory firms.
- An excellent understanding of the international legal market in the western hemisphere.
- Deep understanding and/or qualifications in financial analysis, financial reporting, IAS, IFRS, and US GAAP financial statements. An ACCA qualification is a plus.
- Preferred experience in Big4 audit firms at the start or mid-career.
- Experience in asset recovery is considered an advantage.
Qualifications
Engineering, technical high school, or university diploma with outstanding grades.
Languages
- English or French, C1 level
- Arabic, Indian, or Russian, C1 level
