Job Description
We are seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Control Systems Engineer, focusing on Emerson Control Systems (both hardware and software). In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Lead Engineer and engage with customers to develop functional and design specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop functional and design specifications for Emerson Control Systems under the guidance of the Lead Engineer.
- Conduct design studies and prepare quality documentation in accordance with project specifications and applicable procedures.
- Configure software applications for the Emerson Controls System DeltaV.
- Execute internal tests and facilitate customer acceptance tests for the configured control system, both in-house and at customer sites.
- Provide commissioning and start-up support at customer locations.
- Deliver after-sales service and training at customer sites.
- Develop required technical project documentation.
- Represent Emerson Process Management during customer meetings.
- Assist the sales organization with demonstrations, presentations, and engineering estimates.
