  • Reviewing Basis of Estimates for accuracy and completeness

On the administration side, your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing contractual documentation
  • Advising management on contractual rights and obligations
  • Maintaining historical records
  • Preparing regular reports

You will also assist with shipment, billing, and payment processes, engage with DCMA as required, and prepare supporting documentation such as proprietary information agreements, associate contractor agreements, and export licenses. Interpreting FAR guidance and managing flow downs across contract types are essential aspects of this position.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • A minimum of 5 years of contract-related experience
  • Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS, along with general knowledge of pre-award and post-award federal contracting practices, techniques, and standards
  • Experience with multiple contract types including cost-plus, fixed-price, and time and materials
  • U.S. Citizenship with an active Top Secret clearance (active within the last 24 months)

What Sets Candidates Apart

  • Experience working with commercial partners in the defense industry
  • Experience as a prime contractor with the government, ideally for the Department of Defense
  • Familiarity with Other Transaction Agreements (OTA)
