QHSE Coordinator - Contractors
Location: Paris Region | Client Site (Pharmaceutical/Scientific Sector)
Our client, a leader in scientific services, is seeking a QHSE Coordinator for Contractors to join their team. This pivotal role will involve working on-site at one of their major clients in the pharmaceutical sector, ensuring safety and compliance (QHSE) during subcontractor interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage access and training for contractors
- Welcome contractors on site and conduct risk assessments in the laboratory
- Collect required documents, including authorizations, certificates, and prevention plans
- Participate in the supplier approval process
- Contribute to the renewal of prevention plans
- Centralize subcontractor protocols and maintain tracking databases
Desired Profile:
- Bac+2/Bac+3 (scientific or administrative) or equivalent experience
- Experience in laboratory, pharmaceutical, or industrial environments
- QHSE knowledge is appreciated
- Professional English proficiency and a good command of MS Office
- Rigor, service orientation, and team spirit are essential
- Driving license B
