Main Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing, developing, and analyzing maintenance policies and programs of the Part-CAMO.
  • Maintaining and ensuring a continuous relationship with Part-145 / Part-CAO contractors.
  • Ensuring subcontractors receiving company work orders are properly certified to perform the required work.
  • Establishing planning and following up on Line and Base maintenance activities.
  • Coordinating resources and issuing work orders to support Part-CAMO efforts.
  • Ensuring consistent achievement of internal Part-CAMO requirements.
  • Conducting all maintenance activities in compliance with the maintenance contract.
  • Performing technical follow-ups and analysis of the Aircraft Technical Log (ATL).
  • Verifying work reports, technical records, and aircraft releases to service from customers.
  • Ensuring modifications and repairs are performed to approved standards.
  • Verifying the embodiment and status of Airworthiness Directives.
  • Monitoring the operator's policy on non-mandatory modifications and following up on MEL / HIL items.
  • Overseeing Computerized Maintenance Programs.
  • Effectively communicating and building customer relationships as a company ambassador.
  • Coordinating scheduled and unscheduled maintenance with contracted Maintenance Organizations.
  • Assisting the DNPCA / NPCA in evaluating ADs, SBs, and SILs.
  • Ensuring the retention of continuing airworthiness records and the administration of continuing airworthiness for assigned aircraft.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the civil aviation environment, with B1, B2, or C certification preferred.
  • Technical education in a relevant field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and good IT skills.
  • Possessing an excellent reputation with a clean criminal record and certificates from the debt collection register.
  • Fluency in French and English; knowledge of German or other European languages is a plus.
  • Eligibility to work in Switzerland; candidates must be based in Switzerland or willing to relocate to the Neuchâtel region.
