Responsibilities

  • Work on strategic, risk, regulatory, compliance, and legal projects in the Swiss financial services sector
  • Prepare workshops and contribute to client discussions
  • Analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and support the design of optimized workflows and operating models
  • Review and define risk and control frameworks
  • Assist project teams in areas such as enforcement matters, restructuring, insolvency, and resolution processes

Who We Are Looking For

  • Master's degree or nearing graduation with an excellent academic record in business administration, economics, finance, law, engineering, or relevant fields
  • Initial professional experience through internships or working student positions. Experience in consulting, legal, regulatory, or financial services is a plus
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and conceptual skills
  • A team player with an open-minded personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
