Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in strategic, risk, regulatory, compliance, and legal projects within the Swiss financial services sector.
  • Prepare workshops and actively contribute to client discussions.
  • Analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and support the design of optimized workflows and operating models.
  • Review and define risk and control frameworks.
  • Assist project teams with enforcement matters, restructuring, insolvency, and resolution processes.

Who We Are Looking For

  • A master’s degree or nearing graduation with an excellent academic record in business administration, economics, finance, law, engineering, or a related field.
  • Initial professional experience through internships or working student positions, with preference for experience in consulting, legal, regulatory, or financial services.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and conceptual skills.
  • A team player with an open-minded personality.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in German and English; proficiency in any additional language is a plus.
