Help Our Clients with Forensic Investigations

Deloitte Forensic is one of the largest forensic advisory practices in Switzerland. We provide specialist advice across a broad spectrum of industries on matters such as fraud, anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, and regulatory investigations. Much of our work is highly sensitive and can attract regulatory scrutiny and media attention.

We are expanding our forensic practice and are seeking talented, highly motivated, and innovative practitioners with strong managerial experience in investigations, regulatory inquiries, and disputes. Our team is looking for individuals passionate about pursuing a career in eDiscovery, technology-driven investigations, and data management. Knowledge discovery from unstructured and structured data is our core expertise.

While traditional forensic and eDiscovery activities remain central to our operations, we also collaborate on data management and transformation programs (including M&A-related data activities, data separation, and contract migration) and broader regulatory and compliance assignments. To enhance these workflows, we are investing in GenAI, LLMs, and agentic assistants, applying these technologies in a defensible, auditable, and secure manner.

How You Can Make an Impact

  • Be involved in activities where you will be responsible for collecting, preserving, and analyzing electronic data to assist our investigators and legal counsel in establishing what happened, when, who was involved, how it occurred, and the extent of any misappropriation or misconduct.
  • Engage primarily in traditional eDiscovery and computer forensics tasks by assisting with the collection of potential evidence from devices and cloud sources, processing and analyzing large volumes of emails and other data sources, analyzing mobile phone logs, recovering deleted text messages, and helping investigators locate critical documents.
  • Support Discovery & Data Management workstreams by building and operating scalable ingestion and processing pipelines, structuring diverse data for analysis, and contributing to data transformation projects (for instance, M&A-related activities, data separation, and contract migration).
  • Apply GenAI and LLM capabilities (such as embeddings, vector search, retrieval-augmented generation, and prompt engineering) as well as knowledge-graph techniques to accelerate triage, review, and insight generation with a focus on defensibility, explainability, and secure handling of sensitive material.

Our team will offer you the opportunity to build a strong global professional network and work on various discovery investigation and data analytics projects.

You will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of our technical disciplines and collaborate with an experienced team of forensic professionals who will mentor you in developing your career.

Who We Are Looking For

  • You are technically inclined, curious, and possess a keen eye for detail. You enjoy taking responsibility and can perform under the pressure of demanding timelines.
  • Proficient in at least one general-purpose programming language (e.g., Python, C#) and one data query language (e.g., T-SQL); knowledge of knowledge graph modeling or semantic search is a plus.
  • Practical understanding of NLP, generative AI (including LLMs), and agentic AI is advantageous, especially in text classification, semantic search, RAG, prompt engineering, and agent design.
  • Familiarity with common operating systems (Microsoft Windows, Unix, macOS) is beneficial.
  • You are completing, or have completed, your Master’s degree in Computer Science, Natural Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Awareness of chain-of-custody, data privacy, and model governance principles is desirable given the sensitive nature of our work.
  • You communicate confidently in English; proficiency in German or French is a strong advantage.

Join a diverse, multinational, and highly motivated team. We will support your personal and professional growth through training programs, mentoring, on-the-job learning, and connecting you with colleagues across business lines.
